SILIT-2070CLV HYDROPHOBIC MICRO EMULSION

SILIT-2070C LV is a kind of micro silicone emulsion and high concentration emulsion,which is easy to be diluted and almost no d4d5d6 meets the latest EU regulations. It is used for softener of textiles such as cotton and its blendfabric,polyester, T/C and acrylics. It has good soft feel, elastic and drapability.

Emulsifying process：








SILIT-2070CLV <60% solid content> emulsified to 30% solid content cationic emulsion

Add 500kgs SILIT-2070CLV, first add 500kgs water, keep stirring 20-30 minutes, until the emulsion is homogenous and transparent.






Application：



SILIT- 2070C LV  can be used in polyester, acrylic, nylon and other synthetic fabrics.

Exhaustion Process: Dilution Emulsion(30%)  0.5 - 1% (o.w.f)

Padding Process: Dilution Emulsion(30%)  5 - 15 g/l







Packaging and storage：



SILIT-2070C LV is supplied in 200Kg drum or 1000Kg drum.
