BLOCK SILICONE EMULSION WITH LOW YELLOWING

SILIT-238 is (AB) n block has self emulsifying properties, no silicon spots, easy color correction, outstanding smoothness, good compatibility, ultra-low yellowing, and has self dispersing properties. It can be directly added to the post treatment bath solution, making it easy to operate. SILIT-238 can be applied to various textilefinishes, especially suitable for fabrics such as chemical fibers, cotton/chemical fiberblends, polyester fleece, and wool.

Emulsifying Process

SILIT-238 <30% solid content> emulsified to 10% solid content cationic emulsion

①  Add 333kgs SILIT-238, first add 333kgs water, keep stirring 10-20 minutes, until the emulsion is homogenous and transparent.

②  Add 334kgs water, keep stirring 10-20 minutes until the emulsion is homogenous.




Application：






SILIT-238 can be used on a variety of fabrics but may be most beneficial for synthetics, synthetic/cotton blends, polyester fleece and wool.

Exhaustion Process: Dilution Emulsion(30%)  1 - 3% (o.w.f)

Padding Process: Dilution Emulsion(30%)  10 - 30 g/l

SILIT-238 is supplied in 200Kg drum or 1000Kg drum.
