SILIT-2660 SUPER SOFT HYDROPHOBIC MICRO EMULSION

SILIT-2660 is a kind of micro modified silicone emulsionand high concentration emulsion,which is easy to be diluted. It is used for softener of textiles such ascotton and its blend fabric,polyester, T/C and acrylics. It has super soft feeling, elastic and drapability.

Emulsifying process：










SILIT-2660 <60% solid content> emulsified to 30% solid content cationic emulsion

Add 500kgs SILIT-2660, first add 500kgs water, keep stirring 20-30 minutes, until the emulsion is homogenous and transparent.






Application：




  • SILIT- 2660  can be used in polyester, acrylic, nylon and other synthetic fabrics.

Exhaustion Process: Dilution Emulsion(30%)  0.5 - 1% (o.w.f)

Padding Process: Dilution Emulsion(30%)  5 - 15 g/l









Packaging and storage：



SILIT-2660 is supplied in 200Kg drum or 1000Kg drum.
