Technical Data：

Emulsifying process：

SILIT-3100 <100% solid content> emulsified to 30% solid content cationic emulsion

①  SILIT-3100      ----240g

+TO5      ----30g

+TO7      ----30g

BCS       ----12g

Stirring 10minutes

② slowly +H₂O ----200g; then stirring 30minutes

③ slowly +HAc (----24g)  + H₂O (----200g); then slowly add the mixture and stirring 15min

④+H₂O ----364g; then stirring 15minutes

Ttl.:  1000g / 30% solid content

Application：

SILIT- 3100 can be used as various textiles finishing agent (such as cotton and its blends, rayon, viscose fiber, synthetic fiber, silk, wool, etc). Especially suited for synthetic fiber, nylon & spandex, polyester plush, polar fleece, coral velvet, PV velvet and wool fabrics.

Exhaustion Process: Dilution Emulsion(30%)  1 - 3% (o.w.f)

Padding Process: Dilution Emulsion(30%)  10 - 30 g/l

Packaging and storage：

SILIT-3100 is supplied in 200Kg drum or 1000Kg drum.
