SILIT-JSS is a kind of high content hydrophilic silicone. It is used for hydrophilic softener of textiles such as cotton and its blend fabric,polyester, T/C and acrylics. It has good soft feel,smooth and hydrophlicity with high shear and wide pH range stable and be compatible with a little anionic binders and other auxiliaries.

Emulsifying process：



Dilution method
In fact SILIT-JSSis high content emulsion; it can beusedwhen its emulsion inversion

around 42% solid content by carefully stirring.


1）SILIT-JSS353Kgs;
2）Add water 180Kgs ,keep stirring 10-15 minutes;
3）Add water 180Kgs ,keep stirring 5 minutes;
4）Add glacial acetic acid to adjust pH value to 5-6;
5) Add water 287Kgs ,keep stirring 5 minutes;
6）Filter and pack
So now it is 30% solid content emulsion and stable enough, now fty can directly add
waterand dilute it to any solid content.



Packaging and storage：

SILIT-JSS  is supplied in 200Kg drum or 1000Kg drum.
